Gov. Helen Tan thanks DOH Sec for productive meeting

Quezon Gov. Helen Tan met recently with newly-appointed Health Secretary Edwin Mercado and thanked him and his team for their time.

In a Facebook post, Tan said they talked about what they can do to strengthen the Philippine health system.

She said it was a productive meeting.

Tan, like Mercado, is a medical doctor.

“Thank you so much Sec. Dr. Edwin Mercado and team for your time. We had a productive discussion on how we can strengthen Philippine Health System.

God bless sir!” Tan posted.
